Let our techs at Extreme Hobbies Miami diagnose and repair your phantom from crashes or anything that may not be working properly. This service fee covers you for all the time that our techs may spend working on your phantom (NOT PARTS). If we need to replace any parts, we will first notify you. Parts are not included in the service fee.
Step 1) Purchase this service fee. (In your order notes at checkout, please write the issues or problems you are having in the order notes section, or please call for more information)
Step 2) Include a note inside your shipping box describing what the issues are.(very important is a must)
Step 3) Write your RMA # on the outside of your shipping box. (Your RMA # is your order 5 digit order number)

HOW IT WORKS
This service includes a complete inspection of your aircraft to determine any issues and needed fixes. Once the inspection is complete our technical team will contact you and give you an estimate of repair cost and needed parts. If you approve the repairs, we will complete them and also update all firmware, re-calibrate your vehicle, and test fly it before sending it back to you.
We will contact you with a full estimate so you can decide if want to proceed with the repairs.
Repair Done. Our current repair timeframe is around 10-14 business days. All units are tested and flown prior to sending back to you.
Customer pays for shipping to us, we pay for shipping back via USPS Ground! (U.S. Domestic 48) Turn Around Time: 1-5 business days. (Most Cases)
International Customer will be charged extra for the shipping back. Turn Around Time: 1-7 business days. (Most Cases)
Gimbals and Vision Cameras are not repairable with this service. We will have to ship it to DJI for repair.
*We do not fix Phantoms with water damage (unless there is a slight change we will notify the customer.
Our Extreme Hobbies Miami techs are very good and can fix almost everything. In the event that we cannot make repairs, we will not charge the customer for the repair. (Minus Shipping Costs Outside the U.S. Domestic 48). We will then contact the customer and send the phantom back or send to the DJI techs in Miami Florida. Extreme Hobbies Miami. cannot be held responsible for any future issues or parts that may fail. We will also not be held liable for any crashes or flyaway. By purchasing this repair service, you agree to these terms. If you are sending in your phantom please include your remote controller.
